Delivery is by courier 24/7.

Delivery in the center of Baku (Narimanov, Sabail, Nasimi, Khatai, Yasamal, Nizami, Binagadi) for orders over 100 AZN is free of charge. If the order amount does not exceed 100 AZN, the delivery cost will be 10 AZN.

Delivery in the vicinity of the center of Baku (Sabunchu, Garadagh, Surakhani, Khazar) and city settlements such as: Mardakan, Bilgah, Novkhani, Mashtagi, etc., the cost of delivery, regardless of the purchase amount, is 25 AZN.

In nearby cities such as Khirdalan and Sumgayit, the cost of delivery, regardless of the amount of purchase, is 25 AZN.

Rules for the replacement and return of goods:

Poor quality design of the flower arrangement or the absence of any components is the reason for the replacement and re-delivery of the bouquet or a refund. Upon receipt of stale flowers, the Client has the right to demand a replacement of the composition. Refunds to the Client are made within 7 working days.

The firm is not responsible:

-If the recipient's phone or address is incorrectly specified in the order;

-If the recipient refuses to accept the order or refuses to agree on the time of its receipt.
